Great product for the price.
I purchased this unit to install in my garage, I am an HVAC technician by trade so the install to me was pretty easy all the wiring didn’t confuse me one bit. I can see how this can be a challenge to someone who is not in the trade and doesn’t have the proper tools to do the job. With that being said let’s get into the operation of this system, I’ve only had it up and running for 2 days and I gotta say my garage is like a walk in refrigerator just with this 1 ton wall mount mini split. I live in the high desert so it gets hot during the day and drops down in to the 30s-40s at night, it also performed very well in heating mode heating my garage to 85 degrees in about 20-30 mins which is pretty good. I usually work on Daikin, LG, Mitsubishi, and fujitsu mini splits as those are the big name brands and I would put this right up there with them as far as performance. You really get your bang for your buck on this purchase. The only negative thing right now is the control from the app, it doesn’t have a heat mode in the app unless I’m missing something but I just use the remote to operate it. Overall I would recommend this unit for those looking for a small mini split heat pump.
